All pricing is calculated by square footage and is subject to change. The pricing on this sheet are estimates. Some homes may have more areas to clean, more windows, etc. We will bid the home according to your needs, then submit prices to you. This list gives you an idea of our rates.

1000-2000 square feet: $500

 

2000-3000 square feet: $750

 

3000-4000 square feet: $1000

 

4000-5000 square feet: $1500
